We currently ship all orders within 3 -5 working days although items will often ship within 24 hours.
When a preorder item is ordered all items within the order will ship together, if other items are needed more urgently please send us an email and we can let you know what we can do.
Please note that at busier times of the year including launch and sale we may take an additional couple of days to get your orders to you. Items will always be posted out within 7 working days. At Christmas/Black Friday/ bank holidays please also be aware that postage times can be a little slower
Please always ensure your correct address is used at the time of shipping as due to the volume of orders and how quickly the warehouse get the items shipped we can not guarantee we will be able to change once the order is placed.
If your parcel states it has been delivered but you have not received the items we will need you to report this to us with 48 hours so we can follow up with the courier company. If this is not reported within the time frame we will not be able to offer a refund for your order.
