Returns
All items must be returned within 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, a note in the return of name and order number will be enough to locate and refund order. Please do not return without this as order will not be able to be located.
Exchange
We do recommend getting in contact with via email to arrange exchange, just to ensure we have the style and size available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of receiving confirmation email from us please contact us at sinead@hunter-and-rose.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We suggest you use a tracked/signed for shipping method as we cannot refund if the item is lost in post.
