What are your delivery times?

We aim to send items within 1 working day, however please note that at busier times we can take up to 5 days to ship your item, then we have various different options for shipping at checkout.

Can you ship next day?

At this time we do not have an option for next day delivery, however we can offer accommodate this depending on the time and day. Please email us if you need a next day delivery.

What is the sizing like on your clothing?

As a general rule we say items are true to size if something comes up big/small then we will always list this on an individual listing. Please always reach out to sinead@hunter-and-rose.com if you would like to ask about a specific product and we will be happy to help.

How do we wash our knitwear?

We recommend washing all our products on a cool wash and then reshape when wet, we recommend laying as flat as possible to dry so the knitwear does stretch when hung. 

what happens if i get a pull in my knitwear?

Knitwear is generally very easy to repair if you have a pull in the yarn, never cut the thread with scissors as this will cause the knit to unravel, instead get a small pair of tweezers and and carefully push the thread through to the inside of the item of clothing, turn the piece inside out and then very slowly pull the thread all the way through. You can leave as it is as it will not go back through to the front or you can twist the theads with your fingers.
