Sizing Note: We’ve refined our sizing this season, the 0–3m size is labelled 0–6m but fits best from 0–3 months, while the 6–12m size is ideal for 3–12 months.

UK ORDERS

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £75
*Please note that all free delivery offers will be sent via Royal Mail.

We offer the below shipping options at checkout:

Standard delivery £3.95 (3-5 working days)
Royal Mail 24 £4.95 (1-2 working days)
Please note Royal Mail 24 has 97% next delivery rate however we can not guarantee next day delivery but this is our quickest delivery method.

USA ORDERS

Orders will be sent via our tracked Royal Mail service which will then be passed to your local courier for delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked $8.99 - $14.99 (weight dependant) (5-8 days)UPS Tracked $35 - $50 (weight dependant) (5-8 days)

 

All USA orders will be sent DDP so there will be no fees to pay when the goods arrive.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

We are now sending all our overseas orders tracked as unfortunately we have had a number of items not arrive.

DHL Express Tracked (2-5 days) £29.95

Please note orders sent out of the UK may be subject to additional taxes and duties during customs clearance which is the customers responsibility.

 

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

We currently ship all orders within 3 -5 working days although items will often ship within 24 hours. 

When a preorder item is ordered all items within the order will ship together, if other items are needed more urgently please send us an email and we can let you know what we can do.


Please note that at busier times of the year including launch and sale we may take an additional couple of days to get your orders to you. Items will always be posted out within 7 working days. At Christmas/Black Friday/ bank holidays please also be aware that postage times can be a little slower 

Please always ensure your correct address is used at the time of shipping as due to the volume of orders and how quickly the warehouse can get the items shipped we can not guarantee we will be able to change once the order is placed. If your address is incorrect and incomplete when shipped whilst we will do our best to change this, we will not be responsible for a lost parcel. 

If your parcel states it has been delivered but you have not received the items we will need you to report this to us with 48 hours so we can follow up with the courier company. If this is not reported within the time frame we will not be able to offer a refund for your order.
